Thermal Fogging — This method involves the application of biocidal agents in the form of hot fog. In disinfection processes through fogging, it is important to obtain very fine droplets of the preparation so that it can deeply penetrate small gaps and perfectly cover surfaces with a thin layer of the preparation.

Disinfection through dry fog diffusion using our devices is one of the most effective ways to combat pathogens. The biocidal agent significantly improves the range of action of the preparation, and consequently, the area of its penetration.

Additionally, we carry out disinfection using the spraying method. This includes areas such as parking lots, train stations, entrances to facilities, offices, door handles, and dispensers for paper and soap. These surfaces, which come into contact with employees' hands, are disinfected with an alcohol-based product.

Used preparations: alcohol-based (above 70%), hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acids, quaternary ammonium salts, glutaraldehyde, lactic acid.

A biocidal method intended for air and surface disinfection through airborne means in the food industry and warehouses. This method is applied to clean surfaces. Surface disinfection by air is performed after daily or weekly production is completed, or during sanitary or technological breaks.

Preventive use to maintain the microbiological balance of the production environment. Therapeutic use to restore the microbiological balance of the production environment. The product is released into the disinfected space, in the absence of operators. The disinfecting substance (Glycolic Acid) works by contacting microorganisms.

Ozonation involves the use of ozone generators to disinfect with concentrated ozone. Ozone is one of the allotropic forms of oxygen. It possesses strong oxidizing properties, making it exceptionally effective as a disinfectant. Ozone exhibits more efficient and faster biocidal action than sodium hypochlorite. It reduces the number of bacteria, including Salmonella, Staphylococcus, E. coli, Clostridium, as well as molds, yeasts, and viruses.

Ozone is heavier than air, which allows it to effectively penetrate porous surfaces. It dissolves well in water and is often used in the form of ozonated water. After a few to several minutes, it decomposes into pure oxygen without leaving toxic by-products, eliminating the need for rinsing to remove chemical disinfectants [Pascual, Llorca, Canut 2007].

In addition to its disinfecting properties, ozone also removes unpleasant odors. It leaves behind oxygenated air and improves its quality.

Important! Ozone may be harmful to plants, flowers, and similar organisms.

ULV FOGGING

  • A disinfection method using a cold chemical solution

  • Reaches hard-to-access areas in enclosed spaces

  • A highly effective method for improving the microbiological quality of air, surfaces, lamps, ventilation systems, and all areas where routine cleaning and disinfection are difficult

  • Effective in combating Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, and other hard-to-eliminate microorganisms

  • Allows fogging with products based on active substances such as:Peracetic acid, Hydrogen peroxide, Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, Tertiary and quaternary ammonium salts, Aldehyde derivatives, Alcohols, Organic acids (e.g., lactic acid)
